If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject and are a native speaker of English then you can teach English in Korea. The pay is probably the highest of anywhere in the world, except possibly for Japan, but the cost of living in Japan more than nullifies the slightly better pay. The pay ranges from about 1.6 to about 2.5 million won ($1, 200 -$1900 dollars US), but the buying power in Korea is more like $1, 600 -$2, 500. A few locations offer even more. (more...) |
